1. Overview

This application ("Darkleaves Social Integration") is a personal social media scheduling tool used exclusively by its owner. It is not a public service and does not collect data from the general public.

2. Data Collection

This application collects and processes only the minimum data necessary to function:

• Authentication tokens provided by third-party platforms (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Bluesky) via OAuth or similar authorisation flows
• Media files (images, videos) uploaded by the authorised user for the purpose of publishing to social media platforms
• Post content (text, captions, hashtags) created by the authorised user

3. Data Use

All data collected is used solely for the purpose of scheduling and publishing social media content on behalf of the authorised user. Data is not used for analytics, profiling, advertising, or any other purpose.

4. Data Sharing

Data is shared only with the third-party social media platforms that the user has explicitly connected and authorised. No data is sold, rented, or disclosed to any other third parties.

5. Data Storage

Authentication tokens and uploaded media are stored on privately hosted infrastructure. Media files may also be stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage for the purpose of enabling social media platforms to retrieve published content.

6. Data Retention

Media files and post data are retained only as long as needed for publishing. Authentication tokens are retained until the user disconnects the associated platform.

7. User Rights

As this is a personal tool with no public users, data subject access requests are not applicable. The owner maintains full control over all stored data and can delete it at any time.
